This nostalgic lot features a collection of 4 Vintage push button baseball games made in the 1950's by the manufacturer Gotham. They were one of the 3 largest producers of sports-themed tin table games during the middle part of the 20th century (Tudor and Munro being the others). The company issued baseball, football, basketball, hockey and racing games. Most had an electric component. In the case of the baseball game the electric pitcher hurled his ball when the button was pressed.
There were a number of different versions of the Gotham Electric Baseball game but the basic mechanism was the same. Later editions replaced the tin players with cardboard and modernized the playing field. Very unique opportunity to acquire a collection of 4 baseball game from the 1950's that have virtually become obsolete.
