This scarce ring belonged to 3 time All ACC player Montrae Holland who was drafted in the 4th round (5th pick) by the New Orleans Saints. Holland played 9 seasons in the NFL starting 60 games for the Saints, Broncos and Cowboys. This gorgeous FSU ring is in near mint to mint condition and comes in the original wood presentation box with the brass presentation plaque. Holland's player's name sticker is still intact on the bottom of the box. A massive ring, it has more CZ's diamonds than you can count and is made by non other than INTERGOLD. It weighs an impressive 41.1 Grams (1.45 Ounces) of solid 10K Gold and is roughly a size 12-1/2 to 13. The Seminoles finished with an intimidating 11-1 record loosing to only the 7th ranked Miami Hurricanes on the road, in the Orange Bowl 27-24. They destroyed every other opponent that season. FSU was ranked 3rd in the Nation and took on the 12-0 and #1 ranked Oklahoma Sooners in the Orange Bowl for their 3rd National Title game in as many years. This would be the Seminoles' 9th consecutive ACC Championship (8-0) led by Heisman Trophy winner Chris Weinke. The Noles would outscore their opponents 509-123 during the regular season.
