The jersey has the Medalist Sand Knit New York Knicks exclusivity tag and size 42 tag sewn into the lower left front tail as well as Cosby distributor tag sewn into the collar. The shorts have the Medalist Sand Knit New York Knicks exclusivity tag and size 34 tag sewn into the waist. The jacket has the Cosby and #4 tags sewn into the collar. Both the uniform and jacket exhibit quality overall use. Walker was the 12th pick in the 1983 draft and was names to the NBA All-Rookie team.
