This lot features a stunning 1967 Pittsburgh Pirates team signed baseball. Signed by 28 members of the '67 Pirates including: Roberto Clemente, Willie Stargell, Bill Mazeroski, Maury Wills, Matty Alou, Woody Fryman, Bob Veale, Donn Clendenon, Steve Blass, and Elroy Face among others. The Roberto Clemente signature on this ball is amazing not only in its quality but the fact that it is separated nicely from the rest of the signatures. Stunning display. Clemente had one of his best seasons in '67 winning the last of his 4 NL Batting titles by hitting .357 with 23 HR's and 110 RBI.
