Bill Buckner 1988 Kansas City Royals game used road blue jersey features "ROYALS" across the chest and his number "14" on both sides, all in white tackle twill. The inside tail of the jersey features a "Rawlings 44" Manufacturers size tag and Set 1 1988 year/set swatch. The Royals team logo patch is located on the left sleeve. The jersey shows quality overall game use. The nameplate has been stripped off the back which is common among Royals jerseys of this era as they were often recycled and sent down to the minor leagues. Buckner fell just 285 hits short of joining the prestigious 3,000 Hit Club.
