Walt Weiss 1988 Oakland Athletics game used jersey features "WEISS" across the back on a white name plate in green tackle twill. "ATHLETICS" and his number "7" on both sides are all sewn in with green-on-yellow tackle twill. The inside tail of the jersey features a "Rawlings 42" manufacturer's/size tag as well as a "Set 2 1988" flag tag. The jersey shows light to moderate evidence of game use with dirt stains on back. The Athletics team logo patch is present on the left sleeve. Weiss won the American League Rookie of the Year Award in 1988.
