Chipper Jones wore this blue and red Atlanta Braves cap c. 2003-2005. This cap has the Braves "A" logo embroidered on the front. MLB Diamond Collection and New Era tags are sewn in the headband, which also features a size 7 1/4 flag. Jones' number “10” is written on the underside of the brim in faded black marker. This cap shows moderate overall wear. Accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema authenticating its use. Miedema concludes: "After a thorough examination of this Chipper Jones game used cap, it is my opinion that this cap is authentic as described and can be attributed to being used by Jones while with the Atlanta Braves c. 2003-05." Very nice and rare keepsake from this legendary Hall of Famer and one of the top 3 switch hitters to ever play the game. Chipper was one of the best all around players to play the game and fell just 32 HR's shy of joining the elite 500 HR Club (he had 468 career HR's) and 274 hits shy of joining the 3,000 Hit Club.
