Description: The knit jersey features "BRUNANSKY" across the back in red on blue tackle twill on a gray name plate as well as "BOSTON" across the chest and his number "23" on back, all in red-on-blue tackle twill. The front tail of the jersey features a "Russell" manufacturer's tag, 46 size tag +2 inches of added body length and a swatch underneath that reads "92" for the jersey's year. The appropriate 125 Year Major League patch adorns the right sleeve. The jersey was originally issued to Brunansky in 1992 and re-issued to him in 1994 after a year and a half stint with Milwaukee. The JRY patch has been removed and 125th MLB patch added. Several small pinholes visible from framing. The jersey shows quality evidence of game use and has been signed by Brunansky on the back in black marker.
Accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema authenticating its use. Miedema concludes: "After a thorough examination of this Tom Brunansky game used jersey, it is my opinion that this jersey is authentic as described and can be attributed to being used by Brunansky during the 1992 and 1994 seasons while playing with the Boston Red Sox."
