This lot features an aesthetically appealing Larry Walker 1991 Montreal Expos Professional model jersey. This now defunct jersey is extremely popular among collectors and most have all but dried up on the secondary market. The jersey has the red on blue tackle twill "33" on the front and "WALKER 33" on the back. The Rawlings size 42 manufacturers tag and the "EX 42 91" strip tag are sewn into the inside lower left front tail. We don't believe that Larry Walker wore this jersey in a major league game due to the fact that he typically wore a size 48 jersey during this time period. A very nice jersey that would look great on display and a perfect one to have signed by Walker to commemorate his days with the popular Montreal franchise. Walker played with the Montreal Expos from 1990-1994 and the Colorado Rockies from 1995-2004 before finishing his career with the St. Louis Cardinals in 2005. He was one of baseball's best pure hitters and is a borderline HOF'er. Stunningly beautiful jersey that is sure to turn heads.
