This lot features an original 1950's Hartland figure of Harmon Killebrew and a 25th Anniversary Harland version. The Harmon Killebrew original 1950's Hartland has a nice light color with minimal wear with an original flat home plate and comes with the original bat. It was purchased from the Ball Park in Apple Valley, MN. The 25th Harmon Killebrew Anniversary Harland was purchased directly from the Harland Plastics when they re-issued the figurines. The Original Killebrew is a highly collectible piece of sports memorabilia. Hartland Plastics produced a series of baseball figurines in the 1950s, which featured detailed and hand-painted likenesses of famous players. Harmon Killebrew was a Hall of Fame slugger, primarily known for his time with the Minnesota Twins. These vintage Hartland figures are sought after by collectors.
