This lot features a complete 1951 Bowman baseball card set featuring rookie Mickey Mantle and Willie Mays. The set consists of 324 cards and grades overall in VG-EX condition. The key cards in the set have been professionally graded by SGC: Mickey Mantle Rookie High #253 SGC 40, Willie Mays Rookie High #305 SGC Authentic, Duke Snider #32 SGC 40, Ted Williams #165 SGC 60, Nelson Fox Rookie #232 SGC 50, Roy Campanella #31 SGC 45, Yogi Berra #2 SGC 40 and Whitey Ford Rookie #1 SGC 35. Very difficult set to obtain in its entirety especially give the rarity of the high number rookies of both Mickey Mantle and Willie Mays.
