Bert Blyleven No Hitter Texas Rangers Framed Lineup Card Copy Display Signed September 22, 1977 w/Blyleven Signed Letter of Provenance

This lot features Bert Blyleven’s framed copy lineup card from his first and only no hitter during his Hall of Fame career. On September 22, 1977 Blyleven accomplished this historic feat pitching for the Texas Rangers no hitting the Angels. Ironically, this would also be the last appearance for Blyleven in a Rangers uniform. This is a copy of the lineup card from that game that has been matted and framed. Blyleven signed the matte and inscribed: Thursday, September 22, 1977 in Anaheim, CA vs Angels pitched my only “No Hitter” struck out Thad Bosley for final out. Pitching for the Texas Rangers, Was my last appearance in a Rangers uniform. Also included is a signed news clipping “Bert Blyleven No-Hits Angels”. Framed piece measures 15x19” and there is no glass.
