There are only 4 copies of this scoresheet as you can see the imprint from the writing on this treasure. Gretzky has signed and inscribed the sheet in bold, black marker "Wayne Gretzky #99, Oct. 15/89". Framed with a detailed letter thanking Mark Thomashow for his years of assistance.
