This lot features a Troy Aikman 1993 Dallas Cowboys game issued jersey. This jersey is made by Apex and is a size XL (50-52). The sizing and the manufacturer are both correct for Aikman in 1993. All characters on the jersey are heat pressed on in blue. The NOB is heat pressed onto a nameplate, which, in turn, is sewn on the jersey. Aside from a few scuffs of unknown origins, the jersey shows no game wear. The tagging and the sizing are both the norm for Aikman at this point in time. Photos of Aikman from 1993 wearing the white jersey during the regular season and the NFC Playoffs all have the Apex sleeve logo positioned higher on the sleeve. Also, game photos of Aikman depict shorter sleeves than this jersey has. (Dave Miedema)
