This lot features a Rod Carew c. 1975 Minnesota Twins game used and autographed hat. This navy-blue Minnesota Twins cap c. 1975 has the Twins "TC" logo embroidered on the front. Made by New Era, this hat measures to size 7 1/2. Carew’s number “29” is written inside the hat in faded black marker as well as "7 1/2" referencing the cap size. This cap exhibits solid overall wear. Signed on the inside brim by Carew in black marker. Carew is a Hall of Famer and member of baseball's elite 3,000 Hit Club. The 1975 season was one of Carew's most memorable as he won the American League Batting Title hitting .359, his 3rd highest average ever. Accompanied by a John Taube - J.T.
