This lot features a rare O.J. Simpson 1967-68 USC Trojans practice worn jersey obtained by our consignor directly form OJ Simpson back in 1984. The jersey exhibits tremendous overall use. The Trojans assigned different colored jerseys to various position groups. OJ received the lion's share of the action at running back in 1967 and 1968 rushing for an amazing 3,423 yards and 36 TD's in only 22 games. The 1968 season culminated with Simpson winning the Heisman Trophy. (Letter of Provenance)
