This is the official 1987 Major League Baseball All Star Game Ring that was presented to the players, coaches, both managers as well as a few select others. This beautiful “Mid-Summer Classic” piece is 100% Original, genuine & NOT made available to fans or the general public. Crafted by world-renown Jostens and remains in beautiful MINT Condition with sharp Jostens markings engraved inside the ring. Approximate Size-9.5 to 10 and weighs 21.6 grams. The 1987 All-Star game was held on July 14, 1987, at the Oakland–Alameda County Coliseum in Oakland, California, the home of the Oakland Athletics of the American League. The game resulted in the National League defeating the American League 2-0 in 13 innings. Montreal Expos outfielder Tim Raines was named the Most Valuable Player. Very rare ring and one of the more aesthetically pleasing All-Star Game rings ever created.
