This lot features a Joe Mauer Minnesota Twins professional model jersey exhibiting moderate overall use from the game in which the Twins played the Boston Red Sox on April 23rd, 2012. There is visible dirt staining in the neck line and on the back side of the jersey. Mauer had 2 hits, a walk and a run during the game. Joe Mauer jerseys are extremely difficult to obtain and are typically snatched up before the majority of collectors ever have a chance at them. Mauer had a solid season in 2012 finishing 4th in batting at .319 BA and 1st in the AL with a .419 OBP.
