The bat measures 36 inches, weighs 37.75 ounces and shows optimal use with ball marks, cleat marks, faded red "21" written on the knob, professionally restored handle crack and deep ball stitch impressions. The U1 model was a staple of Clemente's and his H&B personal bat ordering records verify that he ordered this bat repeatedly throughout the entire 1966-68 era. Clemente's bat ordering records reveal 38 (weight) which were shipped to Clemente from 1966-68. High end Clemente bats are elusive for 3,000 Hit Club and vintage bat collectors.
