This attractive lot features an incredibly RARE and highly coveted Kirby Puckett 1987 Minnesota Twins World Series throwback jersey. This "Turn Back the Clock" size 48 jersey has been made by Majestic and features two color tackle twill #34 on the front and back as well as sewn on "PUCKETT" name on back and "TWINS" sewn on front. Very nice professional style authentic jersey that would sell for $300-$400 on its own, UNSIGNED. Puckett signed jerseys are incredibly rare regardless of the style of jersey but most that you will find are signed on blank jerseys or jerseys that don't really have any significant tie to Puckett. This special jersey from the Twins very first World Series Championship year is highly coveted by collectors. The back #4 has been PERFECTLY signed by Puckett in bold, black marker. Puckett signatures are among the difficult to acquire due to his tragic death in 2006 at age of only 45 years young. Puck was simply one of the most popular players every play the game and he RARELY signed jerseys so opportunities like this one just don't come along very often.
