Kent Tekulve 1978 Pittsburgh Pirates home white game used jersey features "PIRATES 27" on the front and "27" sewn on the back. The front tail of the jersey features a "Descente" manufacturer's tag with as well as a "27 40 78" strip tag sewn underneath representing player number, size and year. The jersey exhibits quality overall game use. The #7 on back has been replaced. Descente was used by the Pirates for 3 years, they didn't begin using names on back until 1979. Tekulve was clutch and instrumental in the "We Are Family" Pirates winning the 1979 World Series. Signed on the front by Tekulve in black marker.
