This lot features an extremely rare 2008 Kansas Jayhawks National Championship NCAA basketball ring. Made by the world renown BALFOUR Company, this stunning ring is in NM-MT condition, comes in the original Balfour presentation box, and is the exact same ring given to all the players on that amazing team, which finished an impressive 37-3. We’ve never seen this scarce ring ever offered in the hobby! It has all the proper markings (BALFOUR CEL) and “Joe Dooley” engraved in script inside the ring. A gorgeous manufacturer sample, weighs approximately 41.8-Grams and is a Size-11. The Jayhawks defeated Memphis in the National Championship game 75-68, winning the third tournament title in the school's storied history.
