The bat exhibits excellent player use characteristics with deeply embedded ball marks, ball stitch impressions, handle crack, blue ink transfer marks, bat rack marks and pine tar. The knob has model number (456MR), order number (023) and year (07) stamped in. Mauer has signed the barrell of the bat in black marker. Mauer won the 2009 AL MVP and has 3 AL Batting Titles on his resume. High quality Mauer bats like this one are quickly becoming extremely difficult to find, let alone purchase. The bat is accompanied by PSA/DNA Authentication grading the bat a GU 8. Great bat from the prime of Joe Mauer's career.
