This lot features a Jim Holt 1969 Minnesota Twins road gray flannel jersey exhibiting excellent use. The jersey has "TWINS" sewn on the front and Holt's #9 sewn on back. The Spalding manufacturers tag and size 44 tags are sewn into the left front tail. Chain stitched above the Spalding tag reads: "Holt 9 44 69" referring to player number size and year. Holt's #9 has been added to the back of the jersey replacing the #54 that appeared before. Holt only played 12 games with the Twins in 1969 as a late season call up as he played 12 games from September 4th to October 2nd as a pinch hitter. This was a normal practice for the Twins. Very nice quality 1969 Twins flannel jersey.
