This lot features a Bucky Dent & Mike Torrez autographed New York Yankees mounted 16x20 photo signed in blue sharpie. Very slight scuff on photo. This photo of Dent's famous home run occurred on October 2, 1978, during a one-game playoff between the Boston Red Sox and the New York Yankees. With the Yankees trailing 2-0 in the 7th inning, Dent hit a three-run home run that just cleared the left field wall, ultimately securing the win for the Yankees and earning Dent the nickname "Bucky 'Effin' Dent." Note that there is a small scuff on the photo right above the catcher. (Steiner)
