Tough to acquire Official Ban Johnson (1901-1927) American League baseball signed on the sweet spot by legendary New York Yankee slugger Babe Ruth in black steel tip fountain pen. Babe Ruth single signed baseballs are in extremely high demand no matter the ball his signature appears on but the Ban Johnson version is, by far, the most coveted. Ban Johnson was the very first American League President in 1901 and his reign ended in 1927 meaning that "The Babe" signed this treasure during the early portion of his playing days, in the absolute prime of his career.
